This comprehensive page portrays the way I look at computer generated sounds,
or in some cases, noise. Alternative rock and Metal do not usually turn out
to well in Midi format, while classical songs and songs that use mainly the
piano come accross nearly perfectly. The MIDI files below have been download from various sources, and donated by several people. Each collection has been groovily rated, * * * * * being THE BEST and * being crap. They have also been put into categories. Rock (all kinds), Classical, Childrens and TV 'n' Films.

If you are experiencing problems with downloading, your browser may not be
set up to do it. I will only explain how to do it through Netscape, because I
don't know microsoft very well. Here's what to do:
Click Options at the top of the window, then click
General Preferences. On the window that pops up,
click Helpers from the tab at the top. Then click
Create New Type.... Under Mime Type:,
type Midi/rmi File, and under Mime SubType: put
Download Song. Click Ok. Then under
File Extensions: type midi,mid,rmi.
Finally, under Action:, check the box marked
Save to Disk. Click Ok.
Then reload the page and try downloading again. If any other problems occur,
like FILE NOT FOUND etc... please contact me and say what's stuffed, other
than that, that's all I can help you with.
