I feel very strongly about a nation having strong defence forces. But that
means having a nuclear arsonal, mainly as threat tactic. You cant stop a nuke
warhead with bullets. But many people in New Zealand have protested against
letting nuclear powered and/or armed Naval Ships enter our designated region.
But lets face it, keeping them out is not making a very good impression on the
other Allied and NATO forces. If, gods forbid, WW3 breaks out, New Zealand
will be seen as a very easy target for land gaining operations. And when New
Zealand does get invaded, the Americans will save our arse, won't they? Hold
on, didn't we kick their ships out? I don't think they will fly over here,
not for us.
This is the reason why I published this page, that and I absoulutely HATE
do-gooders. I don't think anyone does.
